Ready to take your draft to the next level? Our mentorships pair you with an experienced writer, illustrator or book industry professional to help craft your work so it’s submission-ready.

All published and unpublished writers and illustrators are eligible for a mentorship – all you need is a work-in-progress. You choose the mentor who best suits you, then work closely with them within a fixed time period – either in-person or remotely.

Picture Book Collaborations mentorship

Receiving input from both the writing and illustrating perspectives, a dual mentorship allows writers, illustrators or a writer/illustrator team to bring their work into its most publishable form and more confidently present their work to publishers.
