Members are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australian Society of Authors Limited (ACN 008 558 790), which will be held virtually to suit our national membership base.

The AGM will be held:

Date – Monday, 10 November 2025

Time –  12:00 pm AEDT

Venue – Online, via Zoom

Members who intend to attend the virtual AGM will need to register. Please register your attendance here.

Registrations will close at 5:00 pm AEDT on Friday, 7 November 2025.

Please note that the Zoom meeting details for participation in the virtual AGM will only be provided to members who complete the registration process.

Items of business:

• Receiving and considering the financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
• Receiving and considering the Chair’s report.
• Receiving and considering the Treasurer’s report.
• Receiving and considering the CEO’s report.

All reports will be published at www.asauthors.org.au/annual-reports/ by 7 November 2025.

Appointing a proxy:

There are no items of business requiring members to vote at the 2025 AGM. Accordingly, a proxy form has not been provided. However, a member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, where applicable, to vote in their place.
