These mental and emotional challenges can leave you feeling inadequate, fraudulent, or undeserving of success. You’re not alone in these feelings, as imposter syndrome amongst creatives is more common than you may realise — but it is possible to shake off self-doubt.
Join Support Act psychologist Dr Ash King for a free, interactive workshop that will help you identify the patterns behind imposter syndrome and explore why these feelings show up, particularly in creative or high-achieving environments.
