Exploring Reading Australia

Reading Australia is the go-to website helping teachers champion Australian literature in classrooms.

Established by the Copyright Agency in 2013, the site promotes Australian books across all children’s genres and categories and generates resources to make it easier for teachers to spread their love of Australian books. But how are the 275 titles in the Reading Australia list selected? And what is the process for generating the teaching resources?

If you’d like to learn more about this essential teacher’s guide to Australian literature, join us for this free session with Nicola Evans and Jenny Ryan from Reading Australia who will share with you:

This session is for authors and illustrators at any stage of their career, who are curious about this important resource for Australian teachers.
